In 1990 Helen moved the main office to Duns, where it is now located in 3 Easter Street. Sandy Brunton-Shiels and Anne Wood work in the Duns office. The company expanded again in 2005, when BBA celebrated 20 years of successful business by opening a second office at Ettrick Riverside, Selkirk.
In the same year Helen was privileged to be awarded the Fellowship of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the professional body ensuring commitment to the recruitment industry code of ethics.
